An easy cocktail with lemon and lavender for Spring ! 🍋💜

I'm still winding down from the first seasonal dinner here at the house. I made the Spring menu for two guests from Pennsylvania on Tuesday ! Last night, I decided to pull a recipe from the house archives here . I love it as it uses honey as the sweetener. My favorite is Bee Boys Honey if you’re in Kentucky. Simply my favorite. If you like lemon, gin, honey, and a hint of lavender may I suggest you give this one a try!
