Halloween Trash Mix - Salty and Sweet

Cut up Reese Cups coat this snack mix in a smear of peanut butter. It feels somehow exactly like Halloween. A bowl combines candies and cereals to perfect ratio. Pair with your favorite scary movie

This is salty and sweet. There probably isn’t a right way to make this, but to get a bit of each cereal you have to buy a box of each… so I find it best to mix it in a gigantic sterlite container. This sounds crazy, but I promise you that you’ll end up being able to share bags of this with every one in your neighborhood! Alternatively, toss these together in some fashion that pleases you. It’s addictive and you just can't stop eating it. If you’re not used to snacks (a bugle for example) you forget just how revolutionary these candies, cereals and chips are 😂. Great inventions to appreciate fully and nothing says Halloween like candy. It’s the most fun snack I make all year. Give a bag to everyone in the neighborhood. Put it out for every cocktail party you have. Lay it out for your Halloween movie nights.

Honeycomb Cereal Family Size

Flips White Fudge yogurt pretzels- 4 bags

Planter’s Honey Roasted Peanuts Large Jar

Brach’s candy corn -family sized 2.5 lb

Brach’s mallow pumpkins- 5 11 oz. Bags

Ghirardelli sweet sweet chocolate chips - 2 bags (A touch of class 😂)

Nestle semi sweet chocolate chips- 1 bag (for nostalgia)

Reese Pieces- Family size -2 lb bag plus secondary size medium y bag (Can’t have enough!)

Peanut m&ms - 2 lb bag

Popcorn Indiana Sweet and Salty Kettle Corn 2 bags.

Snyders mini pretzels family size 1 lb bag

Reese cups snack size cut into 4 ‘s to expose the peanut butter sides . Better than minis ! You want the slight smear of peanut butter in the mixing!)

Original Bugles Family Size

Mix in a gigantic container that suits whatever ingredients you bought. I use a giant sterlite container that snaps shut to keep the cereal and candy fresh for the whole Halloween season.
